I recently visited the Royal Thai Embassy for a passport renewal, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. Despite reading mixed reviews beforehand, I hoped for the best. However, I now understand why some reviews are critical.nnThe main issue was the demeanor of the staff. They were notably rude and unfriendly, which was quite disappointing. I understand that everyone has their own personality, but in a service-oriented role, one would expect a certain level of professionalism and courtesy. The way I was treated left a lot to be desired and felt completely out of line with what one would expect from a service position.nnI hope the embassy addresses these concerns to improve the experience for future visitors.
My visa was granted in 3 days since the 12th of June however my moms visa which was submitted on the same day has still not been approved although it has been 13 business days. Looking to travel as tickets have been bought for the 8th of July however we are still waiting. Eager to travel to Thailand but worried as her visa has still not come.
Actually i forget to mark my martial status later i realized will it be problem if someone from embassy saw this review my martial status is single may be the document sgould be arriving by tommorrow 19 or 20 aug and i guess i have put signature required for my post will it be a big problem or not? pleaae help me with this how should i contact thai embassy i tried to call them
Thank you very much Thai Embassy Canberra. Applied for my tourist E Visa and from start to finish it took 3 working days to be approved, even taking into account the Songkran break. Totally professional service from start to finish. Thanks again.
