Hello, on Friday, I believed at the Malaysian embassy in Canberra that God sent an angel to give hope to the hopeless. I want to congratulate all the managers and officials of the embassy and the country of Malaysia from the bottom of my heart for having such kind employees. Believe me, wherever and whenever I am, I will never forget your memory and love, especially that beautiful and caring lady in the visa issuing department. I wish I could repay a corner of their love and affection. I wish good health to all of you. You taught me the lesson of kindness and love to fellow human beings and I hope I will be a good student for you.
Thank you to Farhan for exceptional customer service and assisting my mother with her passport collection on 16/8. She was very impressed with your helpfulness and for helping set her mind at ease during the renewal process. The loss of one star relates to the general phone number for the High Comm, it takes a long time to get a response and we have been cut off while waiting in the queue which is frustrating.
I recently needed an urgent Malaysian visa as my mother wasn’t feeling very well. Farhan at the High Commission of Malaysia was exceptionally helpful throughout the process. He was communicative and ensured that I had all the necessary documents ready. Despite experiencing issues with my flight from Brisbane to Canberra, Farhan kept in touch via email, providing clear instructions and timely updates. Upon my arrival, he processed my visa in just 30 minutes. His efficiency and professionalism made a stressful situation much easier to manage. Thank you so much.
All members of consulate were really helpful in getting my son document in a day. They understand the travel distance required, tried their best, provide alternate solution to save us a trip back to Canberra. To top that off, they got it ready on the same day which was amazing experience dealing with them especially Leila and Prahan.nThanks again.
