I'm always disappointed when dealing with Indonesian Authority from Australian Soil, the phones aren't connected, the website always bouncing back when you need them. And lastly they sucks like a leech when you need a document from them. you are posted here to SERVE AND PROTECT US, YOUR CITIZEN! not to come for holiday.

The Indonesia Festival was an excellent occasion to visit the embassy.nnFriendly people and great variety of tasty specialties to enjoy.
I was really disappointed with the attitude of the worker who answer my phone call yesterday. He sounded very irritated and not patient. I’m seeking for further options and information for me to get my passport renewed, yet he told me to just call Sydney consulate because I’m living in Sydney. Please be a bit nicer when you’re on the phone, if you really hate your job, then don’t work for customer service. Literally you represent Indonesian Embassy as a first point of contact, not some feral company.
I was really disappointed with the attitude of reception who I talked over the phone being so rude and not being patient and hung up my phone straight away. I’m seeking for further options and information about visa.
