We have been in touch lately with the Embassy regarding our Direct Hire process. I would not say it was smooth and fast. There were speed bumps during the process. However, I cant take it against the personnel as they are also governed by certain policies, procedures, or memorandum.nnBut, I would like to give a shout out to both Julienne and Oscar for being so professional in the dealings and were able to provide valued information regarding the process. We got to what we wanted to achieve within a reasonable amount of time.nnThey were able to direct me to certain documents which are somewhat difficult to access by the public due to several new memos released. Their insights and professional opinions gave us more direction and guidance as we process new direct hires.nnSpecial mention to Julienne who took our application and process all the paperworks efficiently! Kudos!nnCheers,nnEarvin A.
I went through the contract verification process with MWO and I would like to commend them for the quick turnaround for context, my documents reached their office on a Friday and were sent back the following Tuesday.nnMy special thanks to Julienne of MWO for being responsive to all my email inquiries. Having someone respond to inquiries in a timely manner made the entire process stress-free.

They consistently reassure us that they have our backs,m providing a sense of security and confidence in their services.nI am truly grateful for the dedication and professionalism demonstrated by the Philippine Embassy team. Their efforts have not gone unnoticed and I commend them for their exceptional service. Thank you once again for your unwavering support.
The phone rings, but no one picks it. I spend a day trying to reach them. The worst was the Philippine Embassy in Canberra. Unhelpful and difficult to reach. For more than a decade, I worked as an overseas Filipino worker. The Philippine Embassy in Dubai was easy and convenient. Rather than simplifying the lives of Filipino workers abroad. You are using up our time with a slow process. I hope that our country will improve, but not with these corrupt people abusing their position of power and influence.
We went back To Australia to process our dual citizenship last February, all documents and requirements complete just the authorization that we will do the oath taking in Canberra so the lady ask us to write it on a small piece of paper. After that she said it will just take 1 week to process because she will process it same day for approval so it wont take long. I was so grateful because we need to go back to the Philippines to look after a family member its a big help if we can go back with dual. I even fill up a survey form for customer service i rate them the highest rating. So we waited for the responce, email or the pre paid envelope we sent. After 7 days I rang back they said 10 days minimum process which is the different from the 1 week they confidently told me. After 10 days went to 2 weeks I rang again to check on the application they said we need to write a proper authorization letter and send it back because they dont accept the first one she made us do. So we have re done the letter again and sent via email. After 3 weeks I emailed them and they told me it can take a month for the schedule of oath taking which is different from what they told me that they do it every Thursday every week. After 1 month of waiting they finally replied to my email sending me a proper authorization form again from their office to re fill up which in the first place they should have given to us when we went their personally nd we could have filled it up and not in a tiny piece of paper she gave us. So we sent the documents from the Philippines to Australia via express post and i emailed them again after tracking that the letter has been recieved. After 2 days they replied saying they recieved the documents and they are actually processing the approval to be sent soon. Now it has been nearly 1 month of waiting for the post paid from the mail or even an email but until now we havent heard from them. We started our application first week of February and until now we havent recieved anything yet or we havent recieved reply from our previous email. I dont want to rant but its just upsetting that we are trying to comply on everything they want us to provide with the best of our ability and we are expecting that they respond or even give us any update or even reply on the email. I always reach out to the office but its dissapointing that even when you talk to them on the phone they can be rude sometimes it can degrading specially if you still want to show respect them and try to understand their situation. But its not easy waiting without any update
