Getting my Sri Lankan Passport renewed was a lengthy and frustrating process. Nevertheless I received a professional and dignified service from the consular officers. They provided me updates by promptly corresponding and provided their services considerately when I had concerns. Thank you!
Excellent support from the staff consular Officer for getting my passport renewed. they were very professional and helped me with the great level of communication.
Why waste Sri Lanka money for this place?. I sent my and my son's passport application by post. Australia post mentioned delivery failed, attempted delivery to the address after 9am, no one was there at 9am on a working day? awaiting for collection. And nobody went to collect it from the post office and now Australia post is returning it. They asked for all original birth certificates, never mentioned not send via registered post. Typical Sri Lanka style, it is a shame. I tried to contact these guys several times over the phone and they never responded. Soon I ll write complaint from president to other relevant people.
Thank you for the support to renew my passport. though it is a lengthy process I appreciated the support given to me by the staff. Specially Ms.Jayani. She has given all the details for a smooth process. And she is very knowledgeable.
