I, along with my wife and infant visited Canberra high commission on wed 21 of feb, 2024. We Arrived 15 mints before their office opening time and one of the very courteous staff member came out to meet & greet us on the main gate. First this gentleman asked us to help our self with tea and coffee in the main office. He also asked all other passport staff members to start processing our application straight away even before their office opening timings. Brother ‘’Noor’’ work with us on our passport renewal application very patiently and help us arrange all the documents. He also explained passport processing time and give us enough time to check our application before finalising it. I give two thumbs up to everyone at commission
