My room wasn't fully cleaned when though it was ready; there were stains on the coffee mugs and a dirty towel was hanging at the back of the bathroom door. But the staff were great and quickly offered a remedy once they were advised of the issue. It would have been preferable if the room was cleaned properly the first time though. The tea and coffee options is minimalistic; they only have black tea and coffee options (no hot chocolate or other teas) Bathroom amenities were also minimalistic with only shampoo and a bar of soap available (no conditioner, shower gel or even moisturiser). Bed and pillow was in excellent condition though. I prefer a firm mattress and pillow so slept great

The overall look and experience was good. Little things: more attention to dusting on TV, and black cabinet and cleaner white grout in bathroom/ shower. The room in general was clean and tidy. Breakfast was minimal and no cooked food. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I must say that the room that I was in is tidy and neat. It's modern decorated so it's quite impressive. Their rate is affordable too. But don't bother dining at their restaurant. There are way better options close by.

Lovely staff manning the lobby day and night. The hotel itself is getting a bit long in the tooth and desperately in need of a refresh. The rooms are of a similar level. Been some updates over the years but it's just lipstick. Plenty of parking outsode available for travellers. 15 minute walk to Chatswood station.
