I went to the Melbourne Garden and Flower Show this year which was held in this building and Carlton Gardens. What a magnificent building with ultra high ceilings and large doors. The outside of the building makes a beautiful backdrop when taking photos in the garden but is normally closed. Going to this show was a chance to see inside the building. It’s massive and impressive. Easily accessible by public transport, and there is a museum next door with a car park as well as street parking.
Went here during the Melbourne international flower and garden show currently in March and it was all so beautiful. So much to see we spent hours there. There is also food stalls for quick snack and coffee.
A very nice, well maintained building.nThis building has some of the nicest architecture of any building in Melbourne, and I especially like the roof of it.nAnd it's located right in front of the Melbourne museum.nAnd this building houses many different events, one of them being the Melbourne international flower and garden show. Which we went to.nit was a flowerful day out.nThere were many different flowers here, and they were all being used to create many different floral designs and hanging installations.nAnd they were all very flowerful.nHowever, I don't think that there were as many floral designs as last year, or maybe that's just me, whatever, it was still good.nSo yeah, the royal exhibition building is a wonderful building that houses many different events, and the Melbourne international flower and garden show was pretty good, we enjoyed it, will we be back next year for it? We'll see.nBut maybe, we'll be back at the royal exhibition building in the future if there are any events we'd like to go to.nWe'll see.
I went here for the Maker and Shakers market and it was incredible! They had plenty of unique handmade products, I found a stall that sells Australian sandstone candles that are refillable and I had to buy called rck candles. The venue is stunning, I highly recommend checking it out.
Together, the building and its garden create a harmonious and inspiring environment. They are a testament to the power of human creativity to transform the world around us. #visitaustraliaash #royalexhibitionbuilding #nature #architecture #melbourne #australia
