The sliced rare beef pho $13.9 was well prepared and fresh. Nothing extraordinary but just as expected, which isn't bad. The broth was delicious. My only issue is with the quantity; for the same price, other places have offered more. Still, a decent place in Melbourne Central to grab some nice Vietnamese food.
Terrible experience with their customer service here. I used an eatclub offer Dine in and when showing the voucher they told me to order through the app which is not true. I had to order takeaway in front of them and wait half an hour to get my meal in a takeaway way when I was dining in!!! The ingredients were old and beef was not cooked!! And they replaced the soft shell crab roll with another one that was cheaper without possibility of refund!! Later on after complaining they changed a new bowl and I found also the previous bowl they gave to me was with not fresh ingredients and old soup. Attached the photos for comparations between the 2Awful, avoid at all cost this place. The people who were working here on Friday 29th of July were so careless and rude with the service, except the manager who was at least willing to talk normally about the issue and raised complain with the team. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
Chewy baquette and dull salad. Really disappointed with the Roll'd Banh Mi. Not sure if it is only this outlet or same for others.
Usually my rolls are fresh but i was in a rush today and didnt check … the mint leaves were gross and the rolls were ripped when I opened the box . Maybe the last time ordering from this franchise
I preferred the roast pork belly noodle salad. The roast pork belly was very deep fried and dried. It's horrable compare to other Roll'd. Won't come back.
I had a 40% discount coupon for this place from eatclub so I went here to have a quick lunch. I got a prawn roll and a lemongrass beef noodle salad. The service was quick. The food was average. I liked the noodle salad but I did not like the beef in the salad. It did not feel fresh. The rice paper roll was nice but the fish sauce provided with the roll felt diluted and did not have as much flavor as it should. I would not have gone here if I did not have the coupon as the food would not have been worth the money that they charge for it.
Not acceptable. I was given 2 dishes with chicken when I specifically ordered the VEGAN chicken. I was also told they only have enough vegan chicken for 2 dishes as I had ordered 3 and had to change that order which is fine but I ordered the VEGAN chicken because my family members are vegan. A mistake like this is not acceptable.
Order a cup of beef and chicken pho, a side of prawn and a roll. However, they got me chicken with non-pho-noodle instead without informing. If you have eaten pho, you would know this is not a pho noodle as they usually used. Customer service was rude. One of the staff was serving me but turned around talking to other staff for 5 mins without asking me to wait or apology. Shall I come back? NO
Found the soup to be very salty the temperature could be hotter too. To heat up the rest of the ingredients that are cooled by the aircon.
I came to Rolld Vietnamese, 2nd floor. And I order 4 Garlic prawns rice paper roll and one peach ice tea. I paid $17.70 80 cents the tea in offer The rolls where coming with almost nothing just the noodles a bit of carrot, and maybe two leaf of coriander and 3 half of prawns. They gave me 4 sachets of sauce. When the girl was about to give m. the ice tea I said without ice because sensitive teeth, it’s painful. And She said “well we can not fill the glass because the spa ice of the ice “ it doesn't really affect 20 ml more or less but I don’t like the idea of being “counting” every drop. Later for my last roll I didn’t have enough sauce so I asked if they can give me another more and they said “50 cents each” The thing which annoys me is counting everything rather give a nice experience. I think they are so Stingy and miser
