Kind and thorough doctors, no waiting time and bulk billed. Excellent service open at great times when your gp is closed and your only option is the ED. I called 830am sunday to make an appointment that morning, was able to get one at 1030am. Arrived and no one waiting and was seen straight away. The waiting Room was empty for walk ins. Was able to get stitches for a cut and be on my way quickly. Great service for when youre not able to see your regular gp and to avoid waiting at an ED for ages for more minor emergencies. Good to know they are open to midnight on Saturdays.
So far, my experience at Rivoli After Hours Service has been good. The staff are supportive and understanding, facility is good and doctors are good too.
I have been visiting this centre for over 2 years now. Most of the times I have seen Dr Nanthakumar and on few occasions other doctors as well. Have received the best care, the doctor has always advised the options of choosing a medicine for quick recovery or letting the body cope on its own and the pros and cons for both. The staff at the reception is also friendly, sometimes there can be a bit of wait but I do not mind especially since its all bulk-billed and late hours access which is extremely helpful with kids. Cheers!
Friendly staff and professional doctors. It has been my local clinic when I lived in Auburn, and I'm still going there after moving to another suburb. Doctor Bin Shi is very helpful. He assisted me arranged my appointments with radiology and hospital so promptly so that I could have my operation done very quickly.
I've only been here once when I needed to see a doctor after my usual Doctor was closed. I probably had to wait about half an hour, which I consider pretty reasonable for an after hours clinic. The doctor seem knowledgeable, though it was a pretty basic issue. I would return if I needed too.
We were at a restaurant and I noticed my baby was warm. Took his temp and it was above 38. Was able to look up this GP and attend an appointment all within 40mins. As a new patient this is amazing service and for after hours a big help for parents like me
1 decent GP, out of 3 that we tried. Very poor customer service. Front desk is rude and uninterested. You have better luck sometimes being seen in an ED. Tonight waited 85+ minutes for an appointment and watched 5+ people go ahead of me that had appointments after me... cant blame GP, but whoever hires these kids for these jobs.
I would prefer to see Dr. Inoka who is good at her job, friendly and nice doctor but the sad thing is that she left this medical centre. I wish she is back to this medical centre. Good luck for her future One of the reception staff lady is nice and friendly.
This was my first time visiting this clinic, what an amazing experience. I must say Dr Fatima was very lovely and professional. Staff at reception were warm and friendly.
Fantastic service, fast,pleasant, efficient. I went to Cabrini emergency with a badly cut finger was told the out of pocket expenses were to be $480.00 so i went to the Rivoli after hours clinic and got first class attention for free they bulk bill but that's not the only point here its the service.
