Having had two lenses replaced with a terrific outcome I am more than happy to recommend Dr Joe Reich and his team. They inspired me with confidence from the very first appointment. Every step of the way was fully explained leaving me in no doubt I was in the very best of care.
Dr Alex Ioannidis is the best ophthalmologist. I highly recommend him to every one. He offers extraordinary and excellent care to his patients with a nice kind manner.He is highly knowledgeable and very skilled eye specialist. He is superb in all advanced ophthalmology surgeries. I have been a patient of Dr Alex Ioannidis for a very long-time and I highly recommend his services. Dr Ioannidis is a highly-respected and excellent ophthalmologist and I am very fortunate to be treated and properly being taken care by him, all these years. Dr Ioannidis creates a sense of safety and comfort, along with, the fact that he is very patient and willing to explain complicated issues in relation to the health and wellbeing of the eyes and vision, in general. Moreover, he is always very welcoming, approachable, polite and very kind. Furthermore, he is always up-to-speed with the latest developments in the field and his area of expertise. Dr Ioannidis I would like to cordially thank you for your excellent ophthalmological services and caring.
Staff are friendly and professional. Unfortunately working full time I find the the very long wait times exasperating. I've been several times to this clinic and I arrive on time every time. However, every visit I'm left waiting at least an hour to see the specialist including the time before/after any initial tests. What could be achieved in 15-30 mins seems to take between 1 to 1.5 hours usually closer to 1.5 hours. If I had confidence other specialists could provide better service I would choose them. Instead I will just push out my visits as long as I can here and grit my teeth.
Well done guys. I complained about the lengthy delay last time I took my elderly dad. However today was under an hour. Keep up the good work and nice to get in and out in a short time frame.
The people seem nice and so forth but don't expect your appointment to start anywhere near the time you book for. A booking 45 minutes after the specialist was supposed to start working he was late somehow had at least 4 appointments beforehand and was almost an hour late. Mystifying and somewhat disrespectful really. You *may* get the prelim exam relatively soon after arrival, but you will be sitting around for quite some time. I suggest that the admin staff get a handle on the number of appointments made to stop wasting so much of the patients' time.
Dr Lewis Levitz always provides the highest level of professional service and care, with a lovely and kind manner. I have been fortunate to be in his care for many years and I highly recommend his services.
This was an excellent experience -- It is a large practice and when I entered it looked like a lot of clients and staff and I was worried I would be waiting a long time -- it was a well organised clinic - the doctor was amazing - I am thoroughly satisfied with the outcome - I highly recommend Dr Levitz and his lovely staff - it was an excellent outcome
Dr Reich was good to interact with and provided lot of information. They do seem like they have state of art technology to use.
