This was my first appointment here at MyClinic Camberwell. I saw Dr. Sutharsan Sivarajah and he was fantastic. The staff here is helpful and polite. The doctor was fantastic and answered all my questions. This is a busy clinic so booking appointments in advance is advised.
If i could give no star at all i would or even somewhere in the negatives. We arrived at 1:10pm for our 1:20pm appointment. We registered as quick as possible and waited until 1.50pm before we lost our patience. We were not seen at all by any doctor. Other people who came after us went in straight away. Should have read the reviews before booking an appointment here
Been a few times now. Great doctors, friendly reception, clean bathrooms, blood testing in house, not an unreasonable wait time and bulk billing. Better than the private practice I went too that was also in Camberwell.
Pathetic business management! I attended an appointment made on HotDocs to be told the GP was "not in today" and no appointments available with other doctors. I received 2 messages confirming my appointment 1 on the morning of the appointment but Camberwell Health did not bother to contact me to cancel or reschedule. As a bulk bill clinic their appointments will always be filled so no need to provide basic customer/patient service.
This place have been good for the two appointments I have had. Their process is simple and they had same day appointments available to solve my problems. The receptionist could have been a bit more polite but overall very happy.
I went to this clinic after my telehealth with them which was 1hr late and when I called the receptionist to enquire about it she was giving me attitude. I went there as doctor told me to come for the next available appointment as she needed to check me. There was one receptionist who is really nice, sorry I did not get her name and she got dark skin and the other one who is middle age tall and white skin is such rude and Karen personality. I was continuously telling her doctor told me to come and she did not even bother to call the doctor. I went there on time but that woman made me wait for 45mins. This receptionist is the doom of this place. Still I only got medical certificate no any advice on my condition or what should I do. Like you guys study just to give a piece of letter. On top of that your customer service sucks. But thanks you for that one receptionist she rocks.
Reception are very courteous and helpful. Just the doctors seem overworked and was a little rushed for my consult. Plus the wait time is about 20-30 minutes. But that is standard practice at the GP these days.
Last time I come to this clinic. I show up to my appointment 10am and they mention the doctor wasn't arriving until 13pm. The women on reception very rude, didn't let me speak or ask for explanation, even though it was their fault. If they need to cancel an appointment I should have gotten a text message, email that I can read, specially if the phone call wasn't answered Which they said it happened. DONT COME HERE
It’s 10:10am, a voice message on the phone says it’s ‘outside’ business hours so I have to book online. On the website, it shows me online booking is down please ring the clinic. I wonder how they operate, can I walk in without an appointment?
The doctor's are not bad at this place it's literally the receptionist and managers that don't know how to do their job. I went in for an appointment and used my Bupa card to pay. They then call me a month later saying I didn't pay and that I need to come in. First off why would you wait a month to call me if my payment wasn't received. I go in and show them on my Bupa app that my claim was paid and that was that. They said ok and that it was taken care of. Now it's been a few weeks and they called me again saying it hasn't been paid and that I'll be sent to debt collectors. I literally had to go back and it was the same receptionist who helped me last time. Went through the exact same process with her saying it's all taken care of but who knows if it is. I'm never coming back to this clinic again.
