Haven't had the nicest experiences there recently, served by the manager there, the bellow comments don't lie unfortunately. A couple of times I've questioned if I can purchase something for the online price or do click and collect. No, they don't price match their own prices and don't offer click and collect.  Recently the store looked pretty bleak. Disappointing, I hope they make some positive changes soon.

I would like to give negative 10.  I was waiting at checkout and just yelled excuse me so that could get as i have to catch a flight.  Leah the store manager cane out and said wait “ I am cleaning your mess”  I told her to be polite. She refused to serve us saying i don’t want to do a business with you.  Very rude and unethical behaviour.  Asked her name and she said I am store manager and poking us.  This is second time .  Definitely need better staff and change of manager.

I have always enjoyed shopping at the Glenorchy store until recently when I was spoken to so terribly I ended up leaving and sitting in my car in tears. I told the staff that i was a mystery shopper and then i was told i was banned from the store and could only visit the store when the manager was in. I did nothing wrong and cameras can prove that. I've grown up shopping in Glenorchy my whole life and never experienced anything like it.

Well this store certainly doesnt win any prizes for customer service. Lets start by mentioning the store phone line has been dead for weeks now, you call the number and it does nothing, divert it to a mobile number. The manager is always hanging of the end of hers anyway! The store manager and yes i am going to name and shame LEAH, you need a reality check. Treat your customers with respect and you will get the same in return, just remember they are paying your wage and no doubt feeding your tribe of offspring. This store manager is the rudest thing ive had to deal with.. When a customer needs to mention to the store manager they are being rude only to be told, "yes i can be rude if i choose to be" that says alot about you LEAH as a person.  Ohh and i was banned from the store for calling the manager out.  RIVERS you can do better!!

Staff are friendly and efficient. BUT the quality of the products have plummeted to the point where they fall apart within a week. Will not be returning after being a loyal customer for years.

The two girls serving were rude and did not know what a jumper is. One of them led me to hoodies and told me that is what Rivers call a jumper. She then told me to leave after I tried to explain to her what a jumper was. They also allowed another customer to heckle me in the store. When I said I would not be returning they said “Good.”  I am offended by their rudeness. They need re-training or dismissal.

The sales staff are very rude. The two ladies staffs behaviour is so unprofessional. They were mocking and making fun of the customer. Horrible customer service. Won't recommend to anybody.

Getting overpriced for what they are. Rivers used to be a cheaper "no name" outlet kind of brand with weird, cheap TV ads. Now you go in there and a pair of no-name Rivers casual men's shoes start at 89.95 for something you could pick up at Kmart for 19.95 in the same shoe, just a different label sewn on. Save your money. They aren't what they used to be.

Got most clothes of good quality but I tend to only buy specials

Not my style of clothing or footwear. Maybe if I were elderly it would be ok. Staff were nice and friendly and the shop was clean and tidy though
