Probably best described as a work in progress, basic camping ground, amenities a bit far from most of the tenting area but are clean and tidy as is the whole place.
Adjacent is the General Store. It stocks above average products at above average prices. Variety of things is huge.
Staff are generally friendly and helpful.
Future development should improve the situation to be quite upmarket.

The campground is OK, with all the basic facilities. Was odd that one had to pay for using the shower which was the only holiday park in New Zealand that asked to do so.

What is really cool about this place is the Mrs. Wooly's general store and their very odd but awesome collection of souvenirs. Even more so is the hot pies, do try one.

Good place with decent facilities. The 30MB free WiFi is ridiculous though. At least you get a few of the vouchers if you ask nicely but why not just make it 250 or something?

Very friendly campground, friendly staff. Well organised kitchen area, gas grills are available. Hot showers cost $2 for 7min.

Very clean and well designed campsite among the mountains in a sleeping little dream village. Poor Internet connectivity, no powered sites as of yet for campers.
