Absolutely disappointed in the lack of amenities provided for the ratio of campers.nThere was a constant wait to use any of these. Because of the lack of amenities provided the cleanliness of them was not up to standard. Also a charge for the use of the showers was only let known to us after the booking was confirmed.nWe were booked in for 2 nights stay, but was extremely disappointed and cancelled our 2nd night, when I approached them about this I have received no reply. - campers please be aware!!
What a great Campground. Had a lovely stay. Check-in was easy. The shared kitchen eating area was really good and the toilets and showers were nice and clean. Please note that you need a $2 coin for the showers.
Severe lack of toilets and showers. The mens disabled was never open meaning there was only one toilet and one shower for men!nCleaning could be twice a day due to the usage and the pigs that use the facilities.nKitchen facilities are ok but lack of hot water.nShowers cost 2 dollars for 7 minutes if your lucky.nThe guy in the office hut didn’t care.nThe older lady in the general store was a delight.nWould not return.
Not enough facilities for all the campers AT ALL.nConstant queuing for the tiny amount of showers and toilets for so many campers.nkitchen and fridge was waaay too small for all the people trying to cook, and no freezer. It was chaos. Like that many people around one stove top was dangerous. Queue to cook also. And queue for a table out of the rain only two tables are coverednCampers crammed in little or no privacy. The site is not big.nThe cleaner was good but with so many people using a tiny amount of facilities they got dirty really fast.nThe sound of people walking on the gravel all night is really annoying and loud music and shouting in the kitchen until after 11pm. No staff around.nSome big groups completely took over the kitchen with all their stuff leaving little room for others.nSomeone had their things taken from the kitchen too which they were pretty upset about, rightfully so.
It would be quiet nice place, but the camp sites sit in rows by two in a line, and it is very noisy when having too many neighbours around. The kitchen had two gas stove tops, but only one was working, and it was very hard to fit in when the camp had full house. Toilets and shower 3 and 2 respectively for men and women are in a separate block with several sinks outside as well. The shower was absolute disaster, it starts with cold water, slowly turns into hotter water if no one else is taking the shower at the same time. The flow is extremely weak anyways. First time I had a shower I was not so lucky and basically had cold water running all the time.
