After shopping around, these guys were the cheapest and no wait time for a sleep study. Everywhere else was a weeks wait and $$$. Reception was super friendly and explained how it all worked.

I booked to pickup equipment at upper coomera because i live in coomera. They stuffed it up and I had to pick up in Broadbeach mall which is 32mins one way to get there. I had a swollen foot and I was limping also driving a manual vehicle. I asked them to allow me to at least drop off in upper coomera the following day to avoid having to do it all again seeing it was their stuff up. But they were not accommodating and arrogant. Worst experience of customer service

I am not one to post comments on line but I need to compliment Daniel Bagnall on the  professional Care and service provided me recently with my CPAP machine and general sleep issues. Thank you for your assistance in 'registering' my CPAP warranty and also with components requiring servicing and replacement. You took the stress of it away from me. Thank you again. Frank C

Thank you, Paul, for clarifying my Sleep Apnea Status following therecent  sleep study.   Your clear and concise explanation reassures me in continuing the use of my CPAP machine. I would certainly recommend this Study to others considering checking on their Sleep Apnea.

Bought a CPAP machine from these guys 1 year ago. spent $2k on it, never heard from them since... no follow up... nothing. Poor after sales service.

Had appointment for results. Didn’t have a trial machine available so another appointment to pick this up. I was to be advised when one was available. Didn’t happen. Results were to be emailed to me as PDF. This didn’t happen till I rang for it. Not good at all.

Very welcoming and professional. Would definitely recommend!
