I had made a booking for my child the day prior to see a particular doctor. When my son and I attended the following day we spoke to a vile and angry woman named Christina. This terrible and childish woman had no people skills what so ever, she was irate from the get go, childishly trying to instigate an argument. She was resolute on getting a reaction from me for which I did not give her the satisfaction. All I requested was for my child to see another doctor, later that day if required. This horrible sociopath lacks empathy and life experience. She has ruined this surgery for me, I will not be back.

Doctor running late but I got a text message to let me know-awesome! When I seen dr appanna he provided excellent service. I can’t complain. Girls nice at reception too!

Fabulous doctors and nurses here but shame about the receptionist who is always surly and gives complete attitude. If it wasn't for her and the lengthy wait times I would have given a 5 star rating.

Rudest receptionist! Didn’t even greet or acknowledge me when I walked in, looked at me and looked straight back down. The very few words she said to me were in a rude tone, with no simple manners. Gives the worst first impression when the first point of contact in a place (the receptionist) has nil regard for providing any customer service...let alone good customer service.

Great local family GP. Not a big fan of doctors in general, but the ones here are lovely and compassionate!
