Every member of the clinic I have interacted with has been pleasant and professional. The doctors are caring and knowledgeable. The nurses are gentle and kind. I recommend this practice wholeheartedly and I have had a great outcome with treatment. Thank you very much for your care IMH.
Most people come here as a last resort to treat their particular issues, it should be the first place to come for treatment. Unfortunately we all go through the mill of pharmaceutical medicine that destroys us before we put our hopes in the hands of IMH. The nursing staff are competent, caring and professional. Dr B is so dedicated to helping to overcome the problems caused by Western society. The administration staff get inundated trying to fit every enquiry in. If only health insurers and the government endorsed these treatments we would all have a better outcomes. Keep up the fantastic work..
Dr Dominique Wells was so thorough when I came to see her. She’s a very holistic practitioner. Bloods were organised prior. She started me on thyroxine but also gave me natural choices if I preferred. She also organised on the day for an iron infusion. She connected my ectopics with my other condition which no doctor had done. Yes it was costly and I had to wait a while for an appointment but well worth it. She’s very thorough, nice, knowledgeable and caring. Thanks.
Dr Dominque Wells is very educated and sincere with Women's Health. I initially went to Dr Dominique after my B-I-L highly recommended her. Dom was very thorough with bloods, scans etc. Yes, the clinic may be costly, but how can one put a limited price on one's health? If vets can charge their prices, I see my health worth just as much, or more. I have a series of health issues & Dom has addressed each one so well. Nursing staff are also very professional, though have found a couple of reception staff bruff in the past but of recent they've been ok. I've been attending this Clinic for many years & will continue to do so.
Dr Dominque Wells is the most caring, professional and compassionate doctor i have ever come across. Thank you to all the team who make each and every experience a delight. I highly recommend this clinic.
Dr Wells has bees so thorough and comprehensive in her approach to my health issues. She looks into things that no other doctor has ever taken the time to, or even mentioned to me as a possible cause for my problems. I finally feel hopeful! The cost and wait times can be high, but in my opinion they are worth it for the superior care and advice.
Dr Dominic Wells is amazing! She spent over an hour with me going through my tests results, explaining the issues and how to resolve them. She focuses on the cause of the problems and how to rectify them from the inside out with an overall health approach. Dr Wells is definitely not your average GP, she is next level! If you value your health I highly recommend spending the money to see her.
Money grabbing enterprise and nothing more! Don’t bother. The reception staff are useless and rude. I waited 5 months for my appt with Dr Wells and was told it was a comprehensive 90 minute appt for $520. Two days before my appt I get a call from a reception staff member to advise that due to limited doctors the appt will now only be 15-20 mins for $180. Given how much hope I had riding on this appt I was pretty disappointed to hear this. I went along anyway. The doctor was nice enough and empathetic but while I was sat in her room it looked more like a spare bedroom or a garage with junk everywhere and signage on the wall to say it “helps” them out if you purchase supplements from them… I asked if it was possible to bulk bill the appt and she said no and that her boss doesn’t allow it. She also then went on to insist I have a vitamin D shot for “only” $30. She gave me her recommendations and at that point I had every intention of returning to her. I had my shot and proceeded to check out, at which point the receptionist told me the fee would be $240 for the doctors appt alone. When I questioned it they advised that we went slightly over and so the doctor increased the fee. I was in there for not even a full 20 mins. Another girl approached and tried to make it sound like I was somehow saving money cause originally I was going to be paying $520 to which I responded “yes for a 90 min appt. This was 20 mins for $240”. They asked if I wanted to rebook and I said absolutely not. If you are still considering attending just look at their responses on negative reviews. They leave it up to the patient to follow it up to have it resolved further. No accountability or sincerity. Save your energy and go elsewhere.
I waited 4 months for an appointment with Dr Wells. I had a follow up appointment but had to alter it as I was away with work. Was told by the office staff they'd have to call me back. heard nothing for two weeks, called back again and given the same spiel, waited another week and called back and again given the same spiel. called this past Monday and given another excuse, it's now Friday and I am no longer wasting my time. If I could give zero I would, but that would be disrespectful to Dr Wells whom I found good. wont be coming back and will look for another option
Dr Wells is amazing! Highly recommended Would give 6 stars if I could!
