Ringwood Train Station is well-connected with several routes and a bus station nearby. It’s conveniently located in front of the Eastland shopping center.nnHowever, the station has cleanliness issues, with cockroaches, flies, and a noticeable presence of mice. These pests can make the environment unpleasant.nnSafety can be a concern, as some individuals appear intoxicated or under the influence, and there are occasional groups causing disturbances. Fortunately, the nearby police station provides added security when officers are present.
One of the better stations in Melbourne in my opinion. Been going there for years for school excursions, trips with friends or family or just on the way to Eastland. Not much more I can say. It sure is a station.
It's hard to rate a train station but honestly Ringwood is really clean and well laid out and has definitely become a favourite. Especially with it being so close to Eastland and the fact that the station has actual staff members is a plus.nPhotos are from on top of the walkway that goes across the tracks. You get some nice views of the surrounding buildings
Very important station for the numerous services that run on multiple lines. Lots of bus services here as well so interchanging between different routes is very useful here. Lots of different access points and they've even got a cafe on the platform here in case you want a bit to eat.
ARMY of Ptv officers blocking the steps stopping everyone. I'm fundamentally disgusted by their behaviour and will be make a formal complaint to PTV and VICPOL.nnExtremely unnecessary and intimidating. They also target women, children and the elderly and disabled. No thanks PTV.
