I came about this service through interactions I had had with patients through dealings at my work at the hospital and they seemed to be a great company.  When I tried to contact the company in regards to  finding care for a family member I received no response to date. Disappointing.

I could not recommend Steve and the Right at Home team in Cairns more highly! When my Mum got sick and we needed to provide her with care at home I was very keen to make sure we provided her with the very best quality care - with people you could trust and rely on.  Right at Home came recommended to us, and they could not have been more spot on - from the very beginning Steve and the team treated my mum and all of the family with the upmost dignity, respect and care. You could tell they GENUINELY cared about the welfare of my mum and wanting to get the best outcome for her.  The whole process of dealing with them from the beginning was easy and you felt like YOU were their priority and the service and quality of care Mum received was excellent. One of their nurses just won a national award and they hand pick the very best of staff.  They were always willing to help out when we needed them and provided a reliable consistent source of support and care when we needed it most. Steve is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about all things Home Care and will help you navigate through the complex and confusing processes with ease. Steve was a breath of fresh air amidst all the confusion and noise and helped me make sense of it all!!  At such a difficult time for our family they were like a trusted friend alongside you for the ride, offering help and support. They stand apart from all the others in the industry and the other home care providers offering services in Cairns we have tried a few before Right at home.  As I said, give them a call - you will not be disappointed and you will get the reliable, high quality care in place that you desire and deserve for your loved ones. They are setting the industry standard here that all other providers should follow.  A huge thank you again to Steve, Bronwyn and the whole Cairns Right at Home team - you guys are amazing!! :-
