Constantly being told the doctor is booked out. I make my booking at 6 o'clock on the dot and then about an hour later I just get a text message telling me that the doctor is booked out and refers me to book a telehealth appointment that I have to pay money for. This has happened to me 5 times in the last few weeks. Ended up having to go to the emergency room last week to be seen by a doctor. Still havi g follow up issues with the same ailment and again there service keeps telling me the doctor is booked out.
Would rate 1 for house call dr as we made a appointment for house call dr in rockhampton and waited 6 hours to no Dr turned up at all couldn't even get through to speak to some one we ended up going to the hospital got much bservice up there disguting service never againbetter
Dr Richard come to my home this morning as Rocky hospital was 7 hrs more wait he was very professional got my script of antibiotics what I needed life saver as it is a Sunday today thanks doctor very happy with the service was over 5 hours wait but least it was in my home and got some sleep .
Total WASTE of time. Rang up at 610 pm. Made an appointment. Still waiting at 1150 pm. Tried ringing for update, on hold for an hour, gave up. Tried the app but it just says to ring the number. Sent an email, still waiting for a reply. Waste of time. Never use them again. They get no stars as I got no service.
I wouldn't even give a 1 star, absolutely usless, don't understand there services to be honest. Unreliable, out right waste of time, Nd you wonder why hospitals and emergency services are tied up for non emergency requests,
This is not a very good service. Doctor did not come to the house as I was told they would. Only Got a phone call from a doctor who then sent a message with what he was prescribing and sent a link to send the script to a chemist. This all happened at 10.00pm. No chemists open. Medicare is charged for a phone call.? No help at all. Just wait till the morning and go to the chemist yourself. Did not think this is a service. Not impressed. This is supposed to be a service to stop clogging the emergency at hospitals.
I had a Telehealth appointment which was made at 1:00pm this afternoon as the on call doctor was booked up. I waited until 5:00pm before I rang to ask about what time it would happen as I needed antibiotics urgently. I have been on hold for 2 hours 26 minutes before I gave up on anyone answering. This is very poor service and communication.
2 bookings made within 8 hours. Neither of them apparently existed. Absolute trash service.
Had telehealth appointment, doctor said they would prescribe one medication, prescribed another which is 3rd line and more adverse side effect profile, tried to recontact unsuccessfully 3 times. So they will charge me now for a mistake the doctor made and a risky medication. This is a dangerous practice, I do not recommend to anyone.
Really disappointed in your service. We have been waiting since 12:00. It is now 7.5 hours later. A sick 19 month old clearly is not important enough with no communication and several phone calls to you service. No one arrived. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. You are sure to die before they come.
