Only giving one star as I am unable to give zero. Incorrect information was provided to my wife and myself regarding weather or not the process would be bulk billed,  staff over the phone had terrible manners and spoke incoherently the girl at the counter had poor manners and a generally lazy attitude. Couldn't be more disappointed with this experience. Update have just now realised that my refferal form has to be replace because it's now been stamped to say I will accept the fee that I want never informed about.

Got a invoice requesting payment ,yet it was medicare deducted.Issue was resolve after a phone call to accountancy section and was instructed to destroy invoice.
