Booked appointment on their website at 6.55pm got a notice they would be here within 3 hours, what a joke!!! No phone call, no follow up and no show.Waited in agony all night, no one answering phone either. TOTALLY POINTLESS CALLING THEM!!!
I have booked a doctor at 2.30pm. It's now 9pm and no one showed up. I've tried to call twice but the girl couldn't tell me anything about the delay. Shocking, this is a health department and to see that its not working at all makes me concerned
I called the house doctor on Saturday night, got sent a link to pay for appointment prior to them coming. They charged me $88 and never showed. Since then I have emailed a few times and waited on the phone for hours getting through only once. The admin promised I would be refunded full amount. That was a week ago and since then I still have not heard from them or seen any money back. This is not okay, I would not recommend this service at all.

So grateful we have this service in Cairns. Our 24hr medical centre is always too busy to take walk-ins and it takes days to get a GP appointment. I made an appointment with the House Call doctor at 6pm, doctor arrived at 9.30pm and, after a quick trip to the chemist, we could start the course of antibiotics that my daughter needed to treat her infection.
Waste of time, same experience as all the other reviews. Called at 6pm they text at 8pm to advise they can’t attend and would call instead . Scamming your Medicare $. Broken English text too! Avoid.
We are from South Australia visiting & couldn't get an appointment any where for my son's perforated ear & infection. Rang at 6pm and Dr was here be 6:40pm. Great service, highly recommended. Got antibiotics before the pharmacies shut. Thank you so much
Rude staff. Tried booking over the phone. The staff had terrible attitude. He asked me for the street address and told him my full address and he made a point that he only asked for the street address not the full address. At the end I asked him to put a note for the doctor and he said very rudely that I should have let him know earlier and that we have come past the point that he can put in a note. It was important otherwise I wouldn't have asked. Worse case: he'd had to delete the booking and start again. How hard is it?
Lovely doctor, came within the hour of booking online.
Called for my sick brother at 10pm And woman on the phone wasn’t very friendly to start with.. then said the doctor would call to confirm and time. An hour later the doctor contacted me saying he wouldn’t service us and I could re book the following morning with another doctor at 10am. It would have been good if she could have told me straight away that the doctor couldn’t come to us tonight instead of waiting up for an hour just to be told they won’t come. My mum has used this service before and said the doctors were very good though. ‍
