The doctor arrived in the allocated time spent 2 minutes with my son and said he would be fine in 7 to 14 days and needed nothing. I didn't think this was right as my son's breathing and coughing didn't sound good at all so I got a second opinion the next day and had to get him antibiotics and Ventolin! I won't be calling this service again. I feel it's just a way for the doctor to get a big pay for nothing. We were just a payment to him.

The doctor was quick to get here but very rude and dismissive. I will not recommend him to anyone and not use this service again! 😡

called For 3 year kid at 8 pm Sunday,she was unsettled because of ear pain,at 10 received a call back ,Saying” sorry We are fully Booked” .Wow...waited 2 hours to Know they were not coming...

Saw these guys in Townsville. Great Service, gave me medication for the weekend, a prescription, and a Doctors certificate. Highly recommended!
