Possibly the worst doctor experience I've ever had. I live in Hervey Bay but my doctor is 2 hours south. The reasons aren't important but to have the doctor tell me he won't help me because I don't have a doctor here was completely and utterly rude. He told me I needed certain medication but then wouldn't help because his views on me having a doctor in the bay. Absolutely useless and unprofessional. Will never use this service again

House Call Doctor and his Chaperone came to see my daughter on Friday night. Their service was brilliant and they really put our minds at ease. They gave her medicine to get through the night, and wrote me a certificate for school. They Bulk Billed everything, and I even received a great follow up call to make sure she was feeling better a couple of days later. Great Service!

7 hours waiting. Rang 11am and still nothing by 6pm. Next on the list was their answer all afternoon. First time i have used them since moving here. Unacceptable!!!

After having been told they don't service the area and that there is no after hours doctors in the Hervey Bay region, I was thrilled when we finally got a house call doctor within an hour of calling for my violently ill toddler....! Well done...

Possibly the worst experience I have ever encountered. The doctor was arrogant and full of attitude and did not listen. He belittled me for using the service for its exact purpose. When I became increasingly distressed from his constant criticism and antagonising manner, he smirked and seemed to enjoy my distress. I had to physically remove him from my home and was extremely intimidated when he laughed as he was removed, taking delight in the fear and panic he had induced. I would highly recommend NOT using this service and using the local hospital facilities instead if you want service that is in any way professional and I would urge any resident NOT to let this kind of person inside your home for safety reasons.
