The most spacious restaurant in the vicinity. Street appeal. Vietnamese cuisine, chef can make adjustments upon request. Specials menu too which is advisable. The customer service is excellent and speedy led by a certain EM, who speaks fluent English which makes it easier for communication. Good selection of wine and beer and I they deliver. I had special diced beef which was really tasty. Recommended.

In A Nutshell: -Thaii (the owner) of Restaurant 323 is hilarious. -Ordered a plate of Spicy Lemongrass Australian Beef. -Came straight off the wok so it was perfectly hot & had great taste. -Their menu has a wide variety of Singaporean, Vietnamese & Chinese dishes. -It's a clean, mid-sized place to eat right off Springvale Market. Overall, they speak English pretty well here. Funny that his daughter mentioned my "American" accent ;)
