Horrible Excuse for a Kebab Shop.nnIf you’re thinking about trying this place, save yourself the stomach ache and the frustration. There are far superior options out there.nnI ordered from this place on UberEats, and what I received wasn’t just disappointing, it was downright inedible.nnThe fries were a greasy disaster. Burnt to a crisp, soaked in oil, and clearly the dregs of the fryer, scraps no decent place would dare to serve. These weren’t just bad, they were not fit for human consumption.nnThe kebab was no better. Instead of being wrapped in foil or butter paper like every respectable kebab shop does, it was shoved into an envelope. Half the stuffing had spilled out and was sitting at the bottom of the envelope. The bread was soggy and falling apart, it couldn’t even hold the filling together.nnAfter this experience, I checked their Google reviews and wasn’t surprised to see a flood of bad reviews and complaints. What stood out was the management’s attitude, responding to unhappy customers with rude, aggressive replies instead of taking responsibility.nnEven more disappointing is their treatment and tone towards delivery drivers, clearly seen in these reviews and responses. Shame on you.
Even one star is more, I ordered a pizza from this shop and clearly mentioned “no sauce on top” in the order instructions. Despite this, the pizza was delivered with peri peri sauce on top. This is not the first time this has happened.nI called the shop and politely explained that ignoring such instructions can be harmful, especially for people with allergies or health concerns. Instead of accepting their mistakes they disconnected my callnWhen I called back and said that disconnecting the call was disrespectful—especially when the mistake was clearly on their side—the staff claimed that I did not write any note. I explained again that the instruction was clearly visible in the order and could be read by anyone.nWhen I called back to request to speak with a manager or the owner, or to get their contact details. One of the staff members told me that they do not have the manager’s or owner’s number and refused to provide any contact information.nI have never complained like this before, but this situation is unacceptable. The order instructions were clear, the mistake was repeated, and the response from the staff was unprofessional and disrespectful.nI took photo of it, but could not able to upload don’t know why can’t get option of uploading photo ,may be this is my first time i am reviewing anybody and i never ever thought about complaining anyone , in any situation… but people are really heartlessnI really want to file a complaint under Consumer law under ACL or To state food authority and I will,nYou people need to learn in that way, because you guys don’t know the respectful way , I was even saying that i know we all are humans, things happen , but rather than taking responsibility, u guys responded defensively.
There are sweet and friendly staff here, especially Rakhi, Roza, and their friends.nThe food is very tasty, affordable, and halal.nn Special Promotion every Tuesday!nAll types of pizza and kebab only $10. Come and enjoy!nnThe meat portion here is very generous, they really give a lot of meat, and the price is cheap and worth it.nnCome and eat here! n!
Sorry to say but So taste less pizzas look good but zero taste at all. We ordered one veg and one non-veg both same tasteless.
I ordered a Peri Paneer pizza with normal spice, but it arrived extremely spicy. The oregano was overdone, and the sauce was added in such excess that the entire flavor felt unbalanced.nIf there was an option to give zero stars, I would have chosen that.
