Pizzas are nice and fluffy. The crust and crispy and there's just the right amount of topping. The chicken wings were okay. Lava cake tasted good but quite small.
Pizza Hut Springvale - if this is what you call a pizza, save yourself the embarrassment and rather close your doors. I'm going to go a step further and say that the box it came in was more edible than this! And the little hole? Was that meant to have the stuffing in it?! $22.50 for the worst this waa the mega meatlovers - what a joke pizza EVER! At least we had 6 little cheese balls to settle down the hunger pains.
I have been here multiple time… i came today after i placed an order online for 7:15 to be picked up, i still have not received my order and i have been waiting for an upwards of 30 minutes just to get my order, i placed the order an hour ago and still have not received it, the customer service is unbelievable and the guy at the counter is telling me that clicking a link on my confirmation email would tell me if my pizza is made or not. Clearly if my order is supposed to be done by 7:15 then why would i have to check if it’s done and ready for pickup.. i’m not being racist here but the guys at the counter are really hard to understand and have no sense responsibility. I had a terrible encounter and would not recommend coming here to anyone.
$22 for MEGA MEATLOVER medium size.That very small and I don't understand why the name is "MEGA" with that small amount of topping.Very dry and smell burn.Thank you for the taste.
this place is absolutely the worst pizza place in my area. I got less than what I ordered, so I contacted the staff and they told me they could deliver the rest but it would take to 1 HOUR!!! to deliver, like what? the bread was also too thick, and I had to drive all the way back to get the rest of my order. this is why I will never come to this place EVER AGAIN.
After the ownership change quality is really bad. I was a regular customer but not going there anymore. Order the same pizza alway. But this time Large pepperoni looked smaller than a small pizza. Very disappointed.
I bought the Hawaiian pizza for my kids. Bought it home and what a disappointment. I literally paid $16 for a pizza with no toppings. I don’t know the policy of this franchise but throwing a couple of pieces of ham on a pizza does not value at all. I’ll stick to the smaller pizza places who actually give you decent topping. No more Pizza Hut for me or my family.
Unfortunately all 4 pizzas i ordered was left disappointed. Very minimal toppings, Super supreme pizza looked very anaemic. Veg pizza was undercooked. Meat lovers had more BBQ sauce than meat! Value for money is poor. 4 pizzas and 4 sides Sunday rate $57, Normally I would order every fortnight, but this experience has put me off ordering again.
Never going back again.....very minimal toppings, more empty space on the pizza than toppings. Very stingy store considering the store in Oakleigh had 2x sa much toppings. Close it down or get new management, giving the franchise a very bad nameFood: 1/5
