The service today was absolutely terrible. The restaurant was only half full, and it took over 10 minutes just to order our meal with the wait staff completely ignoring the section we were seated in. 
It took another 45 minutes before we received our meals, and though the food was nice, it wasn't nearly worth the price. Canned avocado, small portion sizes, popcorn prawns were not worth the $12.
Also: even though there was signage stating that Monday's, Tuesday's and Wednesday's were 1/2 price, this discount wasn't honoured and all meals were full price. This was written on a single sheet in the foyer, and not repeated by the wait staff. 
Poor service and I will not be returning again.

Amazing food, brought out quickly and went down a treat BUT the service was TERRIBLE!!! Unhappy looking staff that were too busy chatting and fixing their fake eyelashes to take our dessert order, and didn't clear our plate/food/beer covered table before bringing it out..
Also spilt my $8 beer all over my table and pants.. AND THEN!!! Still tried to charge me for it!!! 
I work in hospitality and I say you're better off going to Taco bills in the city centre.. I won't be returning...

No cheese on the extremely meager portions of tacos. I asked why I was told there's plenty of cheese in the kitchen. Mexican rice was uncle Bens from Safeway. Shells stale not crisp. Free corn chips stale. A teaspoon of meat on each taco but generous portions of lettuce. Other meals were ordinary nice  chicken but burnt beef generous lettuce but due to the world shortage on cheese not much better than the so called tacos. Birthday meal eventually deducted after discussion birthday cake was literally dumped in a foil container on the counter.  Staff had friends leaning all over the kitchen in normal clothes eating whatever food. It could if been from the food they were serving.  Not a great standard or look on any level in restaurant. But were uncomfortable and annoyed when I pointed that out.  Bad Experience ever. I am taking the food handling to another level.

Very disappointed with the female bar tender. I only asked to have my milk shake topped up initially as it was nearing three quarters full after the bubbles had settled. The bar tender refused. Food was very average. Toilet had one square of paper for my wife. No more  dining at Taco Bills Springval. !!!!
