Chocolate flavour soft serve is available here — a delightful treat that is not commonly found at many McDonald’s locations.nnAdditionally, my daughter is anaphylactic, but she has never experienced any allergic reaction to the soft serve from McDonald’s, which gives us peace of mind when treating her to a dessert.
If you do not have the sugar sprinkle on Deluxe Almond flavoured ice latte, LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW DON’T PRETEND LIKE NOTHING HAPPEN this is the reason I ordered it because I like the sugar sprinkle on top.nnThe staff just have me the drink and when I asked for the sugar sprinkle on top, she said “ohhh…we don’t have the sprinkle on top, I put Chocolate powder , okay?”.nnAT LEAST ASK ME IF I want the chocolate powder or not, this is terrible service ever. UNACCEPTABLE
I usually eat here, but today was a very bad experience. I went through the drive-thru to order just one hamburger. After waiting about 4 minutes, a staff member asked me to wait in the waiting bay. I was happy to do so.nAfter waiting around 15 minutes, a staff member brought out the wrong order. Then the car behind me got their food and left. I continued to wait for another 5 minutes before going inside to ask.nWhen I went in, it didn’t seem busy at all, and I got my order in less than 2 minutes. No one said anything or apologized for the long wait.nAnd when I finally received the hamburger, it was completely cold.nOver 20 minutes just for one cold hamburger. How is that acceptable?
While I had no complaints about the food, I was deeply devastated by the manager’s behavior. I had visited this particular outlet because my friend is an employee, but I was disappointed to witness them being harshly reprimanded and humiliated in front of customers. This experience left me genuinely concerned for my friend's well-being, as well as that of the other staff members. The toxic treatment they endure from management is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the leadership. Such a hostile environment should not be tolerated, and it’s clear that a change in management is necessary.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Nice and quick service as well . The cleanliness was also good compared to other McDonald outlets: all the best team will come again
