Been to this mcdonalds a few times and it has usually been good. Crew are friendly, seem to work hard (most of the time). However the past few times or so I have come across ANTS on my cup and once inside my drink. Seems like a managerial problem and yet nothing has been done. After being sick of the ants I brought it up to an employee who went off to consult their manager who said they will get it cleaned, and yet still found a dead ant under my lid next time I visited. Extremely off-putting.

Very disappointed. I specifically asked for a cheeseburger minus pickle and no kidding i took a bite and what do i bite into?? A pickle. How hard is it to remember no pickles. My friend and i were the only customers there at the time. Thanks for the great experience...not. 😡

You need to train your staff ! Been getting jalapenos at every store Australia wide, then I walk into your store to ask for jalapenos and your blonde staff replied we have'nt got any and we have'nt got a promtion on jalapenoes today. How funny !

Possibly the longest/worst drive through experience I've ever had, waited 20mins for a single McMuffin. Car in front also waited for that duration + semi closed drive through meant breathing in car fumes for those 20 minutes. Only upside was the food was decent.
