I have tried their "Grill Mates" range of BBQ sauces, which I found to be very tasty. The only negative is the overly huge hole on the top. When I try to put a little bit on a meal it comes out in a flood which overpowers the meal rather than enhancing it. I have an opinion on companies which do this... Greedy! They know by the over sized hole customers will use more than is necessary and thus leading to the condiment to be used quicker then it should with a normal sized hole. Don't come back by saying " the hole is huge for the basting or marinading because you require more". I can unscrew the lid, if I require half a bottle. Please be as ethical as the quality of your products.

Love their meal mate's. I use sour cream and chives potatoe mash one. Wisj you could make some non spicy seafood base's for a Tangine. I recently purchased a new Tangine. It came with out a recipe book. I went into Wollies to day to buy some prawns and also to see if you had a recipe base for seafood. But their wasnt anything like that in store. Is there ant chance of getting you to produce some please.  I only use McCormick products where i can.  Cheers from Shiralee
