Zero stars would be more like it, do not have spare parts for there cooking equipment, Do not reply to phone calls or emails. Have been waiting over 9 months for wok burner valves and have new been told might be a few months more. Was laughed at when i questioned why they don't keep spares on hand. Do not buy any of there cooking equipment as you will be let down WHEN they break down and they WILL breakdown.

Do not buy from this company! Equipment broke down within 5 months. The worst ever after sales service. The equipment serial numbers will fade and wash off. They then claim it not their equipment. Even after sending photos, delivery docket and invoices. Poor manufactured equipment and terrible aftersales service. would give them -5 * if possible.
