BP has become my go-to gas station. The fuel quality is top-notch, and I can always count on them to have my favorite snacks in stock
I had an extremely disappointing experience at the BP station at 727-729 Heatherton Rd, Clayton South VIC 3169. The attendant, Che, not only refused to provide the receipt I requested but became hostile and raised his voice in a public setting, causing significant embarrassment. His aggressive behavior and refusal to comply with a simple customer request were wholly unprofessional. Furthermore, I suspect that he may be misusing customer transactions to accrue personal rewards. This unacceptable behavior and potential breach of trust need immediate investigation.
Clean and well-lit parking lot gives me peace of mind, especially at night.
Staff is always helpful and willing to assist with any questions or concerns.
