Forget about grabbing a late night snack at this service station. They lock the doors and dont let you inside and wont sell you anything except petrol. Why even be open in the first place then? I assume they are worried about robberies but its seems pointless even being open when your biggest profit making items (groceries) are not being sold after 10 pm or so. Just close then

I am a regular customer here and the day before yesterday on my recent visit I had the worst customer service experience ever from this place!!! It from somewhere between 10:00-10:30 there was no greetings from the staff member. He was rude, even though I gave him $50 cash I said just in case it its over then I'll get the money from my car and give you. But please let me fuel up first because I'm in a hurry. I started putting fuel and I realized as soon as it hit $49.98 it stopped automatically I got really upset because I had mention him that'll give you the money. I went inside and explained him but he refused to accept that he didn't stop it. To add up to his attitude he said you would have entered the amount in the machine. I said why will I do that if I came in to give you the money and explained you. Then he was confused to what to say but he makes another excuse that then the previous person would have put $50 in the machine,and I'm like really that's what you got to say? The machine goes $0.00 on its own after the authorization from the operator. Like seriously you need to know what to say to the customers and have to apologize for any faults caused by you. He really needs to learn some customer service skills!!! Dumbest person ever... thanks Not coming back again.

I preferred CALTEX new fuel stations becauce I can use pay at pump. But in Springvale Pay at pump is not working.. every time need to walked to counter.
