Waited outside for no less than 12 minutes while banging on the doors. Why? Because the irresponsible staff inside had music blaring from his headphones while restocking the fridge and couldn't hear us. Another bloke tripped a fuel spill (?) alarm after 5 minutes of waiting - got no response. WOW. Just WOW. FYI this is at 11pm at night
