Won't come here again, the rudeness I got today 11JAN was appalling. Also realised that your receipt states I dispensed 82 litres of diesel and the tank size is 75 litres. All my other fuel receipts say less than 75 litres, think you either have some serious petrol bowser issues or you are being dodgy
I thought I was the only one thinking the staff have attitude problems..imagine you are in the que and the person infront of you were greeted nicelyan aussie ladybut when its your turna hijabi asian ..NOTHING..just a sly look..mention the pump number..and I have to say thank you in a very cheerful manner being sarcastic of coursebefore I get a meek respond back..she is a woman of colour as well..mind you..which make this experience even more repulsive!Racism should not take place in any situation!
Car wash out of soap/wax, pressed “stop” to end early but card charged full amount anyway
Yesterday I went to fill fuel during the night hours around 9:00 pm. And didn’t realise the pumps have to be prepaid before you can fill up which was fine, but this is doesn’t come across clearly as the notification at the pumps is almost invisible. Would be good if it’s close to the pump or similar to those ones which say sorry needs to be prepaid before filling which polite and respectful. The night person on shift 9/04/2025 Shrey…. was very disrespectful, had an attitude problem, rude, absolutely no manners on approach. Due to his behaviour and lack of respect and care I just filled up $60 instead of $90 which is a loss to your business and will look for other Bp pump in future so will my friends. I bet business is terrible the nights he works as everyone was complaining the time I was there and didn’t even care! What a shame for this one person the owner losing out customer during this financial crisis time.
DO NOT wash your car here. They use dirty recycled water, and the car will end up worse than it did when it went in there. Waste of $7. Go to Shell on FTG & Stud Rd at least the water is not recycled & the car comes out clean
