Visited date: 6 July 2026.Time:2119.I am disappointed with the service I received at your petrol station.nnThe staff member who attended to me was unfriendly and did not provide good customer service. During my visit, I felt that she was creating her own rules instead of following standard customer service practices. Her attitude made me feel unwelcome and disrespected, even though I was a paying customer.nnI believe every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. I now feel unhappy whenever I have to visit the station and see this staff member because I worry I will receive the same treatment again.nnI am sharing this feedback because I believe her behavior could negatively affect your business and drive customers away. I hope management will look into this matter and take the necessary steps to improve the customer experience.nnThank you for your attention. I hope to see better service in the future.
Very poor experience. There was no notice anywhere that they are not accepting any type of fuel discount. Only when I went to make the payment, they said the system/service was down. This should be clearly informed before customers fill fuel. It wastes time and creates unnecessary inconvenience. Staff should inform customers in advance or display a proper sign.
Won't come here again, the rudeness I got today 11JAN was appalling. Also realised that your receipt states I dispensed 82 litres of diesel and the tank size is 75 litres. All my other fuel receipts say less than 75 litres, think you either have some serious petrol bowser issues or you are being dodgy
Very bad experience at 21:00 clock pre paid no any fuel station taken security for petrol first No all customers are just drive without pay. And lady at counter very rude
Received great customer service by David and other friendly staffs, Thank you!
