I can't thank them enough. Particularly the lady who was greeting customers at the front. She was absolutely kind and listened to the customer and willing to figure out the issues for the customers.
9-8-22 Sheron or whatever that Indian lady was not professional at all and very disrespectful, no greeting and she just not helpful at all, bank need to hire people who is willing to help customer when they struggling, if we could anything online we never come to bank. Very bad
Have been dealing with CBA Brandon Park for years now - great team and service. I thoroughly recommend dealing with Kandice Hill for home loans and restructuring of existing loans etc. Highly recommended.
I've been with them for more than 20 years. Never seen a grumpy face so far, always greeted by courteous staff. Why change for 1 mistake after all these years?
The employees are great ans I don't have any problems with the service. My problem is that they have moved their atms, inside the shopping center. And that shopping center close at 5pm on most days. So I can't used the atm. What's the point of having atms but customer can't reach them.
Newly renovated Bank in Brandon Park is a disgrace. No more teller windows. Only 2 customer service reps in small partitioned rooms. Coin counting machine also now fully automated. Money goes straight into account. No cash out. One step closer to eliminating face to face transactions. Less staff more profits. Typical greedy corporation. Hate it. Best to just close it down now. Why stall the inevitable?
