Was passing through Brandon Park 7-Eleven many minutes ago on the Sunday 12th October 2025, needed a convenient quick snack at a value for money price, purchased an absolutely delicious $3.50 7-Eleven brand blueberry muffin, the attended serving me was so nice, helpful and friendly thank you so much to her, appreciate it a lot, made my purchase at exactly 6:20pm according to my bank app, saw a tablet where customers can give feedback, immediately gave her 100% positive feedback she was so grateful to me and I was do grateful to her. A first rate 7-Eleven employee she was, definitely deserves to be commended and rewarded for that! So glad I swung by 7-Eleven Brandon Park today!
The staff are very off putting, usually rude, dismissive and mostly always on the phone taking personal calls and speaking whilst serving you without any care to whether you are there or not. I don’t expect great customer service at a petrol station but they are definitely on a different level with their poor attitude and annoyance with you interrupting their call to come pay for your petrol.nWhat’s worse, i’ve witnessed them tell a young male customer to run out and help them stop someone stealing petrol. It is not a civilians job and you should never encourage someone to put themselves in danger for your money, that’s why you have insurance and video surveillance. Definitely worst petrol station! If they are not rude to me then it is someone else in the store they pick on. The owner is a bully and treats customers terribly!
I visited your store on 3rd November at around 11.00 am to pump petrol using a price lock and a discount code from the link. During the visit, I was addressed very rudely by the store manager, who was extremely curt and unprofessional.nnShe did not take the time to explain politely that both discounts cannot be used in the same transaction. The manner in which she spoke was unnecessarily harsh and lacking basic courtesy, which left a very unpleasant impression.nnI hope this feedback is taken seriously, as I have always appreciated courteous and respectful customer service in any service stores.
Good service and prices. But thought of grabbing a snack and saw something strange with the prices. Saw a couple of things marked down and marked up.The first one says $4 and $8 in texter and the second one says$5 and $7 in texter. Never seen this before. Just left without getting them.
Very disappointing experience.nThe boss/manager was extremely rude and arrogant. I scanned the fuel discount before filling up, but after getting back to my car I noticed the price hadn’t changed. When I went back inside to ask about it, the response I received was very rude and unhelpful. There was no effort to explain or resolve the issue.
