I purchased a black coffee, which was extremely hot. To avoid burning myself, I requested a spare cup. The staff member at the counter took the extra cup away and stated that the coffee was “not hot” and that I would be charged for an empty cup if I wanted one.nnI found this behaviour unnecessary, rude, and lacking basic customer care. Denying a customer a spare cup for safety reasons, especially after purchasing a product, reflects very poorly on your service standards. A paper cup costs very little, but the way customers are treated leaves a lasting impression.nnI expect better customer service from a well-known brand like 7-Eleven. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve staff training and customer interactions.
I am deeply disappointed by the appalling treatment my daughter received at the 7-Eleven store in Glen Waverley. She went in to purchase food and heat it up, something she regularly does at 7-Eleven stores across Victoria. While using the oven, a staff member suddenly ran up to her, physically attacked her by pushing her fingers into the food to open it, and then angrily threw it back into the oven, slamming the door shut without any reason. My daughter was visibly shaken and upset, and I could see the staff member muttering to herself, almost as if she was having a personal outburst.nnWe then lodged a complaint with the store owner, who appeared to be the man at the counter, but all he offered was a packet of donuts to comfort my daughter, who was crying all the way home. We seriously considered reporting the incident to Victoria Police for assault but ultimately decided against it, as we felt it might stem from the staff member’s own insecurities. Regardless, this experience has left a lasting negative impression, and I hope that the store takes this matter seriously to ensure such incidents do not happen to others.

Fuel prices are good and coffee is worth it...why pay more for the same coffee?
Completely garbage customer service. My last visits were horrendous.nnTried to redeem a free donut for my birthday but wasn't told that the one I had selected was not part of the promotion. I had just walked out the store and got back into my car before I realised the mistake but came back less than 5 minutes later. I asked if we could do anything but the service staff were unhelpful and completely unapologetic. Mistakes happen but the aggressiveness of the staff were not excusable. As I was putting in my feedback on the tablet, the manager passive aggressively told me that 'it was just procedure'. Not really sure how saying that would make me give them a better review..nnMy previous visit had the staff member completely ignore me while I was purchasing. He was talking on the phone and did not acknowledge me at all. He just rung up my items and did not say a single word to me before I left. He was still holding the phone up to his ear the whole time and didn't even look at me.nnWould not recommend this 7 eleven to anyone.
