Tried to fill up a work truck and the work card declined a $400 payment. Called my office and the woman behind the counter refused to accept payment over the phone. Simple eftpos moto entry with a credit card. I asked if I could make 2 payments on fuel cards, as the $400 exceeded the maximum and she refused.nnI ended up paying it out of pocket. Very lucky I had that option, otherwise I would have been stuck.nnThis is not the first time I found this woman to be rude and unhelpful, it just happened to be the most jaw dropping.nnThis individual either needs training on her eftpos skills, or customer service.nnIt is just really disappointing to experience such poor business practice, as I was providing alternative payment options.
Hands down one of the worst stops I’ve ever been. A few Staff were rude, rolling their eyes like customers were an inconvenience. Coffee was made slow and tasted like burnt water. Found expired food nearly a year out of date — and even worse, open food sitting. That’s not just disgusting, it’s causes health issues. This place is filthy and the staff couldn’t care less. Needs serious attention — I’ll never be back.
The Indian girl at the shop seemed very upset working there attending customers. Then she gave me an open used packet of tomato ketchup with the pastrie. Not sure if she did that on purpose but clearly she wasn’t happy serving me. Store need workers with good customer service skills
95 PETROL USER: Please be aware they put Diesel in the middle of 91 & 98. ?????????? Which fuel station would set a trap for customers? $350 has been wasted to fix my car.nIt is very misleading !!!for elder people like my mom & some new driver. It it the second case happened surrounding within last week!nI’d rather never go to Bp there are fuel station with clear and easy info everywhere.
Worst experience. Today passed by to use some tissue to clean the bird shit. The bp staff at the time 3/9, around 15.48pm told us we can not use it . Does not feel good despite we put some much petroleum......
