Poor service waited for 5 min on side at drive through, then finally decided to go inside and ask for order then i got wrong order, and then waited for 5-7 mins more for my order, and instead of any apologie manager was giving told me it is not my fault we gave you order to someone else so your food order got late. And after all that hustle i got fries totally cold and without salt and shaker bag😡😡😡 totally disrespectful staff.

How many times do you have to repeat an order and when you think they finally got it right, they still get the order wrong. I’ve lost count how many times they haven’t put in the sweet and sour sauce for my son. Won’t be going there again!

Pretty good place to hang out at any hour. Also, don't expect much service at the counter after midnight or so. Should just use the app or the kiosk if it's still running and you don't need a coffee stamp.

Used to be a regular at drive thru in the morning until I had to wait 15+ minutes for my order. I decided to chance it again a couple of months later... still had to spend 10+ mins in drive thru. As someone who used to be a Maccas chick (and cafe staff no less), that's completely unacceptable. 3 min in-and-out my arse. I think the wait times in drive thru got massively slow after they restructured drive thru and the cafe queue REALLY holds up the whole queue because you can't drive around it like you used to be able to. The store itself is ok, just avoid drive thru. It tends to be really busy before and after school hours so approx 8am and 3pm.
