Hello I bought a portion of happy meal with 6 chicken nuggets, by the drive thrunWhen the staff give me food I didn't open it to check what inside,but when I got home to take it out for my child to eat then I saw that I only received the toy chips and 3 chicken nuggets There are still 2 packs of paper used put chicken nuggets but only 3 pieces like the picture I tooknwhile paying the bill I did paid for 6 pieces, the staff please check carefully when delivering the goods to the customer thank younNot happy with the serving at all
I’m always a fan of the warm soft maccas pancake but not this shop. Pancake was very hardddddd i cant slice it with the fork, dry and not staff looks so chill when there’s a lot of customer standing in front waiting for their orders. The slowest fastest maccas. Definitely not getting anything from here again.
2/3 times I come here there’s always something missing from my order. Today picked up my order through drive-thru and they forgot to put the EGG in my sausage and egg Mc muffin. By the time I left and checked my bag it’s already too late to go back.nOrdered the Caesar salad previously - the presentation put me off and croutons missing. Food preparation is Completely rushed as if there is no care at all in the food. Management need to train or supervise staff to ensure they’re doing things correctly.nGoing forward I now always need to double check to make sure they have my order right.
This place is thilthy. Rubbish overflowing, rubbish on floors, 3/4 of tables not cleared and area around toilets smell of urine. Was going to eat in but ended taking away after seeing the state of the place.
Went for a delectable meal after the Melbourne Derby just to be left disappointed, the customer service was amazing except for one that was working kitchen who got my burger wrong and refused to remake it.
