Best Nandos my boyfriend and I have been to! The lady made sure our food was made perfectly. Chips were nice and crispy with a soft centre and the burger we got was so fresh! Wonderful service! :
Management system here needs to be changed, from reading reviews below I have similar encounters with this chain store. Female supervisor or management is so tight with cuterly, sauces and is rude. Wanted to order through phone and she said no, because chips will take 4-5 minutes to cook. Hmm this is the first time hearing from nandos :/. Will not be back to this particular place, others are more pleasant. Thanks
I am a big fan of nandos and have been to many different stores across melboourne. This store is easily one of the worse store that I have been. The toilet was out of order, Peri Perks machine was down, there was no extra hot sauce available, staffs weren't even friendly, the food was average had better in other branch. Will not recommend to anyone.
My 1st visit review: Worst Nando's ever. The aunty at this restaurant asks for cash payment if it's less than $10. C'mon ma'm, you can't do that at a chain restaurant it's not your personal home shop. Menu is similar to other Nando's which is good but service is pathetic...... My 2nd visit after 10 months review: I had to visit this restaurant again hoping things would've changed in 10 months time. But I was grossly disappointed. Nothing has changed here. Same attitude from the management... People owning this restaurant want to save on every single thing i.e. plates, cutlery, serviettes, sauce etc. They don't want public to use the toilet, hence they always tell that their toilet is out of order. It happened with me 10 months ago as well. There wasn't any option for 'zero star', otherwise I would've given this restaurant 'zero star.' Friends, I suggest you visit two other Nando's in the vicinity of Noble Park. They are a lot better. One is in Parkmore, Keysborough n the other one is in Dandenong Plaza.
I have been eating nandos for so many years but its the first time that somebody told me that its minimum 10 dollars eftpost . i wanted to order the extra large chips on the phone and the lady was so rude , she told me that you cant order chips on phone ! and i asked why ? she said it takes 5 mins to cook chips and i said i am at coles and will be there in less than 5 mins but she was so persistent .not a good service at all . nandos springvale is much better
Worst nandos when it comes to service. First time in years of eating at nandos did i ever get given the smallest plates to eat in, when asked for cutlery. Minimal nandos sauces were available and only quarter full! When wanted to order a takeway 'Avo-Feta deal' for 12$ got told that they dont have avocados because they were delivered a 'bad batch'. Purchased the burger deal anyway, when i came home and saw the burger had hardly any filling. Oh and on the way out when i asked for takeway sauce sachets they gave me one and said 'this is the last one we have'. Horrible experience. Will not recommend this place to anyone.
I love nandos, especially with extra basting on my chicken and prior to going to this nandos I've had extra basting from everyother nandos I've been to. However when I came to this nandos and requested extra basting I was informed by the old lady who I can assume is the owner or manager that head office has put a stop to all extra basting and that she wasn't able to do it, this took me back and i proceeded to pay for my chicken as I was at a loss on what to do. As my chicken came to my table I was emotional as I was greeted to the driest chicken I have eaten In a long time, I like Abit of char on my chicken but not to the point where the wing is completely black and unedible. This experience made me not eat nandos chicken for well over a month untill I thought I would try again, but this time at another nandos. When I ordered at this new nandos and requested for extra basting I was given it without hesitation, this left me even more confused as I know friends who have gone to noble park and been notified that they can't due to head office emailing them. This just proves that nandos noble park are just liars who are more concerned on saving Abit of sauce then giving the customers what they want, they have been clinging onto the same lie in a means of not giving customers juicy cheeky nandos. If you want proper juicy Peri Peri nandos go else where as you will be gravely disappointed at noble park nandos as the food and service isn't comparable to other local nandos restaurants If i could give negative stars i would
Most terrible I have seen for a while! Chicken was looking so pale I asked for extra basting and they put a tiniest bit of sauce on top of it and demanded money if they were to put more while I was aware that this was a free option everywhere else. chips with the kids meal was so little that the 1 year old bab could not get full while normally is a lot more. There were no tooth-peck to use and I didn't see any extra tissues glass or plates either. Toilet was not in a good condition either. They need some training on customer service.
The store manager seems really tight on providing restaurant necessary amenities to customers. We are dining in and our two year old accenidently spoiltout some juice. As there is NOTHING available not like other Nandors they have at least tissue, bottled tap water, straws, even Nandos sources at the restaurant, I asked the staff for some tissue to clean our girl. The store manager rather than give us some tissue, she said "I will bring out a tissue when the meal is out." Then she asked us to clean our baby in the bathroom, but really we only need one tissue to clean her hands and some on her dress. Very strange place and tight management on the necessary restaurant general supplies.
I very rarely write reviews, after being to a good 20 different Nando's this one was definitely the worst. Firstly they did not have my choice of drink, secondly they did not have any scraws but lets move onto the real stuff. Being accustomed to being able to help my self to cutlery, sauces, glasses, salt pepper and glasses at any Nando's, this Nando's seems to store all these necessities under lock and key. Where you have to ask for everything, when I had asked for some cutlery the manager told me dont worry here we bring out the cutlery. Once my meal arrived I then had to chade him up for cutlery. Then the chocolate muse was off and I had to ask for a key to the bathroom. These people have no idea about running a business or customer service and not to mention the portion sizes of the food was 3/4 of a normal Nando's but hey I guess that's how it's done in the GHETTO! Hide cutlery to not allow weapons, lock toliets to stop junkies from shooting up, lock salt and sauces so people dont take them home. Furthermore I have written an official complaint to Nando's.
