On four occasions I have made click and collect orders and received the notifications that they are ready to collect. When I have gone down to get my orders I've found that the parts aren't in the store or the staff have miss placed them. I've had hours of my time wasted and had to go back on multiple occasions with staff failing to ring when the parts are in as promised. It is also a frequent event for staff to be standing around doing nothing out the back while a que of customers wait to be served in the store. Perhaps they were having their break but this happens so often that the customer service seems very poor.
A small scale outlet. Staff is friendly. Onsite parking available. Just by the BP.
Good customer service, workers have skills and knowledge about vehicles they’re always on it. Keep it up.
Called this store twice, both been picked up after a long wait but told me to hold, then straight to music, I waited more than 20mins still no one pick up the phone so hang up and called again still the same, how ridiculous to ask your customer to wait 40mins on the phone for nothing?
They didn't have any stock of the correct rake pads for my car but the guy went out of his way to try and find the correct match and efficiently processed the refund to return the wrong ones.
I knew exactly what I wanted, got to this store 10 mins before closing and staff refused to open the door. Worse still, they completely refused to even acknowledge me at the door. Went to Supa Cheap Auto instead - who welcomed me, offered advice and even made an upsale too. Supa Cheap Auto have a new customer.
Good service. Just took to long to get help while stainding waiting at the counter. Everyone was in the back room. Could hear them chatting to each other
Really unfriendly staff. One staff member appeared to be in charge and was treating other staff so horrible in front of customers. Staff not helpful either. This shop needs a review of how they display customer service
Shout out to THE man, Todd at Repco Manukau. Helped me out with a dead battery and even came out to where I'd broken down after his shift to help swap the battery and lend some tools. Total legend, can't thank him enough!
Store had what I needed and Rishaal went above and beyond with great customer service. Recommended
