Staff are pretty efficient and friendly. They have a very large floor space but the stick is not always perfectly refreshed. They often don't have the usual stuff I go for. Oils selection is not the best but they'll get in anything you want. Parking is excellent.
Went in recently and was served by Jak, Not only was she rude to me while she was serving but she also spoke rudely to other staff when it was not necessary. I was very disappointed when i heard the way she was speaking and was not impressed with her attitude at all.
Disappointing today. The tow hitch that I went to buy was on display so the stock count was wrong and I could not purchase it. An alternative was suggested which did not have the same towing capacity and then I was somewhat dismissed. I ended up buying a poor option as a backup which will probably require another trip to return. I'd avoid using this store again.
Picked up a part here after buying online which was easy. They had 1 guibo left in stock so I got that quick smart! The old one was stuffed see pic. Staff member was helpful. Thanks guys.
Came in for some brake pads, exceptional service.
