Clearly advertised 1/2 price banners on display but refuse to honour pricing. Happens frequently, always double check what you have been charged by this store. Some staff a nice and helpful, others are just horrid.
What is going on with their phone service?nI called today to place an order, waited 15 minutes without speaking to anyone, then heard the phone being picked up and got hung up on. Called again. This time, no one answers at all. After waiting 20 min I'm cutting my losses... very disappointing. If it is a matter of connection or whatever following cyclone Alfred, I know you have power and back to business. If there was damages to your phone lines, I bet you could arrange for an announcement to be said to the waiting callers, you're a big company.
This pharmacy is so slow, and all the staff are miserable. And filthy. Higher ups need to get in here asap and shake things up…this store is horrid.
If I could give 0 stars I would, exceptionally bad. The last 2 times it took weeks to order supplies that should have arrived overnight, then had issues with missing parts of my order. This time I called ahead to make sure items had arrived, then when I got there waited over half an hour for them to search for my order, only to find they lost half of it. They said they would call later in the day to advise what I should do, as they are medical supplies that I need urgently, and never heard back. Very disappointed, I will not be going back. Do not recommend this store!!!
The service is poor, the staff is extremely rude, and they do not care about customers. The staff near the prescription counter does not know how to communicate properly. 0 stars
