Bad Customer Service. Shop assistants are arrogant and not helpful. Bad store policies, beware of going to this establishment when you are going to buy a product due to you may not be able to exchange or refund based on their unfair store policies. I will never go back to this store again there is a lot of Chemist/Pharmacy around in the area that offers good service and more flexible with their policy.

Would give minus numbers if I could. Thought I would try them for prescriptions. Waited at counter with 12 other people,1 girl serving, 1 ignoring everyone and 4 hiding out the back.
