Take it slow on your approach to the driveway as it's easily mistaken for the auto store next door. There is plenty of easy parking. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There is also ample seating while waiting for scripts to be filled.
This location in Lawnton Qld is a great place to do your shopping be it buying groceries, meat, fruit and vegetable, a quick bite for snacks, buying some flowers and also medicine as Chemist Warehouse is also located here in Lawnton.nnChemist Warehouse has all types of medicines that you need. Affordable as they do sell generic brands as well.nnThe place is easy to navigate and all your prescription medication can also be purchased here.
Waited 40 minutes for script to be filled. Wasmt even a busy time. Staff busy having personal conversations that I could clearly hear. Once I finally got my medication I asked for advise and the young girl did not want to help. Just said take panadol. Did not ask anyone or knowledge for advice. She just could not be bothered to help. I won't be going there again. This is my 3rd visit and 3 times service was pathetic.
This chemist is always so so slow in doing the prescriptions whether they have 1 or 3 pharmacists on duty. Their assistants don't ever seem to be happy about dealing with the customers either. I don't think I have seen any one of them smile. The service staff at the front though always seem to be friendly, helpful and wish you a good day.
So had 5 items under concession.. training of younger staff is urgently needed to ensure prescriptions are as ordered.. front counter staff do not smile and come across as this is too hard.. too much trouble.. sad to witness..!!!
