The owner is so rude. Very unhelpful and had a bad attitude as soon as I walked in. Didn't even respond to my greeting.

The owners here have disgusting customer service. Whenever I go into this branch I am treated in the most terrible way, I cannot believe this behaviour is accepted by Australia Post. I will NEVER go back there and will recommend to all my friends and neighbours to not support this branch.

What a Rude Owner of this Post Office branch. I drove 30min to lodge 30 click and send satchels and he refused to take them. His statement was simply " I dont make enough money with them" Very unprofessional Post office Branch!!!!! He actually asked me to leave the post office. I think Australia Post should train their franchisees a little better Please avoid him if you can
