Bought a watch on-line through gumtree. The staff I spoke to were fantastic. Bent over backwards to help. The whole transaction was simple and painless. They express post for me with no hassles. After two very negative experiences and the lies the staff tell people of why that can't do this, or that price. They actually can. As an independent contractor it's my job to check transparency and audits within the workings of pawn shops. They must be ethical and moral - this one is not. Samsung watch 4 - got 120 and they marked it up to 490 a few months ago. Today I brought in a 6 month old Samsung S20 which they said had screen burn in and it was irreversible. Samsung states otherwise. They offered me 275 for a 1200 phone. These guys take advantage of flood victims, covids victims and people who are desperate. Go anywhere but here. I will be watching closely.
