Great store. Charlie and Bridget were wonderful with us, they were very knowledgeable and happy to answer all our questions. Finally I found the perfect pillow and prices were very good. I'll definitely go back. I recommend it to everyone!!!!

Went into the newly opened store in camberwell and spoke with Bridgette I think that was her name. Brilliant service and knowledgeable about the products. Great prices and in the not too distant future I'll be purchasing off these guys. 5 star service and really friendly as well. Pricing is very competitive!!!

On a day when I looked - and laid - on many mattresses regal sleep was a relief and a release of tension, judiciously assisted by staff. In this case it was Charlie of Camberwell. Thanks. I can feel the relaxation of dozing into dreams already. Gary

Charlie was really helpful and wasn't at all fussed that I wanted to try out the beds even more even though it was closing time. Managed to get a great bed and a great deal.

Bridget was our sales assistant and gave us undivided attention. She has two years experience with Regal and understood our needs. Their staff are trained about the attributes of each bed in their range and about which beds ease back and shoulder pain which my husband and I experience. We were not pressured to buy, but impressed with her knowledge. That was the selling point along with the comfort and choice in their 'Resort' line. In the end we selected the Noosa mattress but it was hard choice between that and the Exquisite mattress. Delivery is within four business days. We try to buy Australian and this was why we started at Regal where the sales prices were excellent. Bridget was authentic and sincere. She's an asset to her profession. Eileen, aged 53.
