My initial contact with Music Junction Australia was via the telephone, when I spoke with a very helpful person that answered my questions succinctly and offered additional solutions to my inquiry. I placed my order online, which was smooth and intuitive. Following this, I received regular emails advising where my order was within the delivery process. It only took about a week for my order to get from Victoria to my door in Queensland. My order was very well packaged, and it was obvious that great care had been taken in this regard. My view is that Music Junction Australia takes great pride in providing excellent customer service, which is why I will happily give this business a 5-star rating.
Bought a book online and immediately got an email explaining they wouldn’t have it in stock for over a month and even offered me a refund if I didn’t want to wait. I told them I was happy to wait and they kept me updated throughout the process which I really appreciated. They even posted it express shipping for me. Even though I waited about 2 months for the book I was blown away with the communication and fantastic customer service. Was my first order and I definitely will be buying through this store again. Thanks guys!
I ordered a bag for my accordion - it arrived in a few days faster than I expected, and is better than I had ever hoped for! So often, online purchases tend to be rather less than satisfactory, so this was a wonderful surprise. Well done, Music Junction. I can highly recommend your business!!
Had an amazing experience with Music Junction, as an interstate buyer, I was hesitant to buy sight unseen and have the item posted. I phoned the store and Tony was extremely professional, polite and patient, answering all my questions etc. I proceeded to purchase my instrument via the website which was very easy to navigate. As I was worried about posting the purchased instrument, they sent it via courier instead. My instrument was packaged safely and securely and it arrived within 24 hours Melbourne to Adelaide Hills. I am very impressed with Music Junction and will definitely buy from them again..
I was looking for a xylophone for our toddler and definitely didn't want to get a toy one that doesn't produce a proper sound. When google search brought up Music Junction store I was pleased to find quality instruments for a good price. I ended up buying glockenspiel xylophone with metal bars, a funky green colour Yamaha recorder and a fun yellow smiley face ukulele!!! Our toddler is having a blast with all of them and learning how to be gentle when playing them. I'm sure that these instruments will be loved and used for a long time!!! Lovely family business with great customer service!

Fabulous, I took a leap of faith buying on line from this unknown place called Music Junction and I'm so pleased I did. I was looking for a particular guitar and couldn't get it locally in NZ so I looked on line and stumbled across Music Junction. Amazingly helpful with finding out shipping costs for me and sorting out the pre order deposit along with holding the same offer price for me whilst we waited for it to be shipped from the USA. I was kept up to date with it's progress and then informed the moment it arrived, had been set up and was ready for shipping. I have now received my guitar in perfect condition and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend these guys and would be more than happy to use them again. Thank you guys, much appreciated.
