premier hi-fi as I know it is the best store ever! I mean! As a totally blind person who needs a lot of help including getting around the store which the fantastic team in fact they are just absolutely awesome do so well! My Caira takes me there and Rob and the team treat us with such respect I could not wish for better  and the deals are phenomenal! And for people who say they don't give anyone enough help, you're not treating them right! If you are respectful to them, they will be respectful to you!   they even let you play your own style of music in one of their listening rooms! I can't fault them :-)  xxxx

I have been dealing with the family that run the store (Bose Camberwell) for quite sometime now and I have been converted to a Bosephile. There advice is always spot and the service friendly and never pushy.  The other most important thing, where lots of stores fall shot in, is their after sales service is impeccable.  👍😀

Excellent! Was looking for a home theatre package and enquired about outside speakers and  sound for a second TV in family room. Richard was wonderful, went through all of the options and personalised a solution to suit all budgets. Best thing is that you can see and hear what you are buying. The price was less than quotes I had for 1 of those solutions. Had it installed yesterday and the team that Sight and Sound booked worked so hard to install with no external cables, not easy in an old Hawthorn home. It was so easy I should have done it years ago but never knew where to start - do yourself a favour and visit the store. I observed other members of the sales team helping couples looking at turntables and a range of sound enquiries. They helped everyone there and it was obvious that they know their stuff, are music aficionados and care about customers. Great range of products, not just Bose. Thanks so much, now I have beautiful music throughout the house and my family are thrilled! Vicki.
