Took my time to choose my hiking shoes. Staff was patient and kind to help me find the perfect pair of shoes.
It's a good place to shopping and peaceful place.
Purchased a vest using click and collect. Whist the ordering process was simple and seamless, the same cannot be said for picking up from the Camberwell store. No one at the door. No answer when knocking. The phone rings out. This ended up being far too complicated and should have been simple.
I wish they had better sales

Top notch customer service at Kathmandu Camberwell! Catriona was so helpful and provided all the information I needed to make a decision about buying the right sleeping bag for my hiking/camping needs. She wasn't the slightest bit pushy, and the staff were incredibly friendly and understanding even when they had to keep the tills open 5 minutes after closing time to put my purchase through. Fantastic help from very knowledgeable staff! 11/10 would recommend. Thanks again folks!
Pretty large Kathmandu store with variety of items.
Nicely set out the store with easy navigation of different items. Helpful staff that have a reasonable knowledge of itemsdepends on who you speak with. Overall a pretty good experience.
Went in today to buy some hiking boots found a nice pair and a good price. Went to get some help with sizing. There was a large group of people at the counter chatting amongst themselves so I waited. I then saw 2 staff members look right at me and walk away so I waited some more. I then went to the counter and for asked for some help no one was being served at the time I was told I would have to wait as she was still serving customers who were too busy chatting amongst themselves to put there items on the counter. I may of mucked up and jumped the queue my mistake but I’m not there to be scolded like a child. Can’t go back won’t go back.
